About She Space
She Space was created from the belief that fitness should support your life and wellbeing rather than become another source of pressure.
I spent much of my career in the corporate world working in human resources. It was demanding work, and it taught me a great deal about what motivates people and what quietly gets in the way. Fitness and an interest in people ran alongside it throughout, and I eventually decided to dedicate myself to helping women live healthier lives.
I am an ICF accredited coach and I am currently training to become a psychotherapist. Both shape the way I work. I like to understand the whole person, because wellness is a physical and a mental undertaking, and change tends to last when it takes account of both.

Questions
Not at all. Training starts from wherever you are today and is adapted to your starting point, so you can progress at your own pace without being expected to keep up with anyone else.
That's absolutely fine. You don't need to arrive knowing what to do. Every exercise is explained and demonstrated, and you'll have guidance throughout, with plenty of time to ask questions.
You're far from alone. Rather than relying on willpower, we'll look at what helps you stay consistent, what tends to get in the way and how to build a routine that fits your life. Regular sessions offer supportive accountability, never pressure.
Your individual circumstances are discussed before training begins. Appropriate adaptations may be possible, depending on suitability, and in some cases it may be sensible to seek advice from your GP or another health professional first.
No. Personal training is combined with wellbeing and behaviour-change coaching, because how you feel, what matters to you and the realities of everyday life all shape whether change lasts. The two work hand in hand.
Everything begins with a free, informal telephone consultation: a conversation about what you'd like to change and whether She Space feels right for you. If you choose Getting Started, your first session focuses on setting your direction: understanding what you want to change, why it matters and what might get in the way.
